My class was fine. The teacher was great. The conference room was small and ice cold. The front desk people were rude and inattentive. Only after five or so people were in the lobby did she Medicare where to go. A sign would have been sufficient. After the class ended and while I waited for my ride, one employee was sitting in the lobby while the other two female employees were decorating for the holiday. One complained that the class attendees were using the elevator so she couldn't decorate it. The few of us who were there noted that the class ended a bit early because we were on 'good behavior' The surly employee, in her too tight leggings and zebra print slippers responded, 'if they were good they wouldn't be here today for the class.' Then, when the conversation moved to the beta fish they have in the lobby, this same employee felt it necessary to correct someone's grammar. Another employee thanked her for saying something. The first employee said, 'well, I know English'
The entire exchange was unnecessary and unprofessional. I wouldn't ever consider bringing business to this motel. And I would certainly expect better behavior from my front of house staff...these ladies were an embarrassment. More
